This has resulted in significant infrastructure damage, including the partial collapse of the Carolabrücke bridge in Dresden as the Elbe River threatens to overflow.
The Polish Prime Minister has called for EU relief funding to assist the thousands of individuals who have been displaced. Community organizations are mobilizing to collect donations for those affected, highlighting the urgent need for hygiene products, food, and other essential supplies.
