China's Pacific Missile Test Signals Nuclear Advancements

China recently conducted a high-profile test of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) by launching it into the Pacific Ocean. According to the Chinese Defense Ministry, the missile, equipped with a dummy warhead, was part of routine annual military exercises.
