Mark Rutte Takes Helm as NATO Secretary General

Mark Rutte, the former Dutch Prime Minister, officially became NATO's new Secretary General on Tuesday, succeeding Jens Stoltenberg. Stoltenberg is set to take up a new position as the head of the Munich Security Conference.
