Russian Forces Capture Strategic Ukrainian Town Wuhledar

Russian troops have captured the heavily fortified town of Wuhledar in eastern Ukraine, marking a significant strategic gain. The town, which once housed nearly 15,000 residents, now stands largely abandoned, with only 107 civilians remaining.

Ukrainian forces, after suffering heavy losses, had to retreat from Wuhledar. The capture follows relentless artillery and bombing campaigns by Russian forces, reducing much of the town to rubble.
