Innovative Trends at Berlin Food Week 2024

Berlin Food Week 2024 celebrates its tenth anniversary at Bikini Berlin, showcasing over 50 exhibitors, including local manufacturers and international brands. This year's event highlights exciting food trends, such as algae ice cream, pistachio milk, and caffeine-free coffee.

Start-ups will reveal their innovative products on Friday and Saturday, while 18 Berlin restaurants will offer a French-themed after-work experience, complete with wine and gourmet delicacies. A pop-up restaurant will feature chefs reinterpreting classic dishes in modern styles.

Renowned Spanish chef Ferran Adrià will also deliver a lecture on the influence of Catalan haute cuisine. The market promises to transform into a vibrant gourmet mile, inviting attendees to explore the future of culinary delights.
