As the SPD navigates a "hard track" towards electoral victory, their focus remains on challenging the economic policies of the Union under Friedrich Merz. The party's leadership, including new Secretary General Matthias Miersch, is poised to defend their vision of a future-ready economy at their upcoming board meeting in Berlin.
