Yet, an east-west divide persists, with eastern regions grappling with aging populations and infrastructural challenges, impacting overall contentment.
Certain demographics, notably those living alone, the youth, and working mothers, report increased satisfaction. Despite these gains, families continue to face struggles due to high living costs.
