Russia's Tactical Moves Amidst the Ukraine Conflict

Amidst the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Russia has strategically shifted its recruitment drive by offering debt relief to attract new soldiers. This initiative aims to bolster military personnel by offering up to 10 million rubles in debt forgiveness for those committing to a year’s service.
