Local farmers, Rudolf and Tim Köter, contribute by offering insights into their profession. Similarly, students from a boarding school explore ecological agriculture at Klosterhof Bünghausen, where they learn about endangered species and traditional farming methods.

Guided by educators, they cultivate old apple varieties and create insect hotels, culminating in an event to understand the agricultural value chain. These projects not only enrich the curriculum but also excite parents, as children eagerly share their newfound knowledge.
