Many struggle to maintain concentration for longer than two hours, with a significant portion learning for only half an hour at a time. Unlike older generations, who have adapted to traditional learning environments, Generation Z values self-determination.

To combat these challenges, experts recommend implementing focused 20-minute study sessions and keeping smartphones in a separate room. Such strategies may foster a more conducive atmosphere for effective learning.
