Debate on Repatriation of Syrian Refugees in Germany

However, the Development Ministry cautions against such moves due to the ongoing humanitarian crisis and potential conflicts. In Germany, approximately 975,000 Syrians reside, with only 40% employed, most arriving since the civil war began in 2015.
