New Orleans Car Attack Sparks Outrage

A tragic car attack in New Orleans has left 15 dead, as confirmed by the FBI. The perpetrator, identified as 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar, drove into a crowd in the French Quarter during New Year celebrations.
