In stark contrast, the fortunes of the top 100 individuals have surged by 92% after adjusting for inflation, highlighting a troubling trend. An average worker would need to labor for an astonishing 164,000 years to amass an equivalent fortune.

Left-wing politician Perli has termed this phenomenon a 'massive scandal', advocating for redistribution measures to address the widening social divide. Without intervention, he warns, the implications could jeopardize the very fabric of democracy.
