Growing Judicial Trainee Numbers in Saxony-Anhalt

Saxony-Anhalt has seen a notable increase in judicial trainees, welcoming 123 in 2022, up from 113 in 2021 and 95 in 2020. This influx includes various roles such as court clerks, court attendants, and penitentiary service candidates.

The rise in trainees can be attributed to active recruitment efforts, notably at the 'Chance' educational trade fair in Halle. A dedicated team from the penitentiary service and the Higher Regional Court of Naumburg, alongside Justice Minister Franziska Weidinger, played a significant role in promoting these career opportunities.
