Mexico's Strategic Extraditions

In a significant move, Mexico has extradited 29 drug lords, including the infamous Rafael Caro Quintero, to the United States. This decision comes as part of efforts to avert impending trade tariffs threatened by the U.S. administration.

Quintero, notorious for his role in the murder of DEA agent Enrique 'Kiki' Camarena in 1985, had a $20 million bounty on his head.
