Regions such as Bavaria are preparing for overcast skies, rain, and potential thunderstorms, with temperatures dropping to a maximum of 9 to 14 degrees Celsius by midweek. Meanwhile, areas like Munich are experiencing gusty winds and intermittent showers, with temperatures reaching 11 degrees. Northern regions may remain dry initially but will see increased cloudiness.

Meteorologist Dominik Jung warns of an unusually dry March, with significant drought risks affecting agricultural lands and raising forest fire dangers. This pressing situation calls for urgent measures to mitigate long-term environmental damage. Despite the recent mild temperatures, the forecast suggests a return to chillier conditions, with a mix of rain and clouds persisting throughout the week.
