Massive Fire Engulfs Warehouse in Berlin

A significant fire erupted in Berlin-Marzahn, engulfing three warehouses and prompting a large-scale response from emergency services. Over 200 firefighters battled the flames, which were fueled by exploding gas containers.

Approximately 3,500 square meters of property were affected, including trucks and wooden pallets. Firefighters managed to contain the blaze and prevent further spread, despite challenges in accessing water.

Residents were advised to keep windows and doors closed to avoid smoke inhalation. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but local roads remained closed during the extensive firefighting efforts, which continued into the early morning hours.
